Theo Gibbs works at the intersection of human health and planetary health, bringing 10 years of experience in the design, innovation, and digital technology fields. In her current role as Senior Climate Strategy Advisor at YLabs, she guides project teams working across 19 countries to develop innovative, user-centered, scalable solutions to the biggest health and livelihood challenges that young people face today, including adaptation to the diverse impacts of climate change. Theo is also a lecturer in the Stanford Design School where she co-teaches a course on design methods for complex social-environmental challenges.She also brings experience working with WWF and The Nature Conservancy on developing technology tools to improve yields and reduce chemical inputs for smallholder ago-forestry farmers. She holds an M.S. and B.A. from Stanford University.
