Timothy’s professional training and work experience have allowed him to develop and work with the best communications frameworks helping businesses to achieve more through Digital and Traditional communications. He brings to the team business product and technical experience, cross-cultural learning, attention to detail and ability to collaborate with geographically diverse teams.
His appreciation of digital marketing and communication across industries combined with a bias in product development in marketing enable him to create practical and effective communications strategies to not only affect the bottom line but also polish and grow brand awareness while fostering better customer service and quality delivery skills which have been harnessed with his experience cutting across the public and private sector.
He is currently the Head of Communications at the Rapid Advisory Service Limited where he is responsible for the strategy communication direction of the organization. This role includes development of annual applicable digital communications strategies, development and marketing of the organization’s content and staff training on use of social media among others.
Prior to Rapid Advisory Service Limited (RASL) he held various roles in Digital Finance Association as Manager communications and also in two of East Africa’s largest Manufacturers, Nice House of Plastics and Movit Products limited and has supported two of the largest global NGO’s, International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) and Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ GmbH (GIZ) as communications consultant through their country offices in Uganda.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communications from Uganda Christian University and is a member of the Uganda Marketer’s Society, and the Public Relation Association of Uganda (PRAU).
